about
the Annapolis Holiday market

This year, we look forward to welcoming you back to the best holiday markets in the mid-Atlantic region, which is quickly becoming a holiday tradition. Annapolis, Maryland, USA, annually makes the list of top Christmas towns to visit in the USA, and this new event will reaffirm why this town is a special place to visit during the holidays. The market is located on the historic waterfront City of Annapolis. The downtown area is known for its Charles Dickens holiday spirit. The town is decorated for the season with holiday greens, wreaths on the lamp posts, and beautiful storefront windows.

The market will be filled with a wide range of art, crafts, food, and handmade gift items from local and regional art, craft, and food vendors. Plus, we will have hot chocolates, hot apple cider, spiced wine, strudels, and more to keep you refreshed in the holiday market. This type of holiday market is also known as a Kris Kringle Market or Christmas Market.

The Annapolis Holiday Market is now in its fourth year. This holiday market will feature over 100 artisans, specialty food vendors, and holiday entertainment. This year, we are at a new location while the city dock is under renovation. We will be on the front lawn of St John's College near the intersection of College Ave and St john's Street. Be sure to check out the campus bookstore, coffee shop, and the Mitchell Art Museum while you visit St John's College.

On Thursday evening, it's a shopping party all over downtown Annapolis as stores stay open until midnight, and music fills the streets, allowing for plenty of time for late-night shopping during the Midnight Madness event. On Saturday evening, December 13th, from 6 pm to 8 pm, is the Eastport Light Parade. You can see all the boats decorated for the holiday parade at the Annapolis Holiday Market. Plus, we are hosting a Tuba Christmas Concert. Nearby, you can take a boat ride on the Jolly Express, take a holiday walking tour around Annapolis.
